Biography
Victoria is an experienced Finance and Administration Manager with a strong track record of leading financial, administrative, and operational functions across major donor‑funded projects in Ghana. She has supported initiatives financed by USAID, UNFPA, FCDO/DFID, WHO, GAC, GCC, BMGF, CIFF, the Hewlett Foundation, and several anonymous donors.
She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and strengthening robust financial and administrative systems that enhance operational efficiency and ensure strong internal controls. Her expertise includes ensuring full compliance with donor requirements as well as organizational financial, human resources, and administrative policies. She has consistently delivered accurate, timely financial reporting and provided strategic support to project leadership.
Victoria is results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and highly organized; she thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments with sound judgment and able to multitask. Victoria is proficient in NetSuite ERP, Serenic, FundEz, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
